(1) Unless otherwise noted, our airline tickets are non-refundable. Only if Travofinder cruises approves your refund request or if the travel supplier's policies and regulations let you to do so is the refund option available. This indicates that you are not a "no show" situation, and we will only handle a cancellation or refund request if we are able to obtain waivers of any type from the supplier. |
(2) All airline refunds and future credits are governed by the regulations, processes, and fare rules of the airline. |

Service costs are assessed per person and ticket for modifications, refunds, cancellations, and any future credits. |
All of our transaction service costs, also known as booking fees, are non-refundable and could vary at any time without warning. Any service charges or fees levied by airlines and/or travel suppliers are not included in our pricing. |
Taxes and levies levied by the government are subject to change. Only the final total cost that our agent quotes or displays will be charged to you. |

Misspelling of the name- The passenger's name on the ticket does not correspond with the information on their passport or any other widely recognized form of official identification. |
Refusal of Visa/Passport- Typically, a letter of decline for a visa or passport is needed to process a request. |
Baggage - Please keep the baggage tags and receipts. |
Absence of Show - Documentation explaining why you were unable to depart on time will be needed. |
Refused Boarding - We will be requiring the documents to why you were denied boarding of your scheduled departure |
Multiple Tickets - To complete a refund request, copies of all tickets that show the exact same itineraries booked with us are needed. |
